Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and Payment through Pay As You Earn (PAYE) - No Umbrella Company Job Description: Job Duties: Provide support to Primary children with any additional SEN needs in a classroom setting Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) Support the classroom teacher in creating a positive learning environment Help students with SEN to access the curriculum and participate in all activities Monitor and track progress of students with SEN The school: A welcoming and supportive team Offers a supportive and encouraging ethos, to allow you to develop at your own pace Offers an environment where the potential of each child is at the heart of everything they do Allows opportunities for you to practice your leadership and/or creative skills Close to public transport links Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills: Previous experience in a similar role within an educational setting Understanding of the UK educational system and SEN policies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
