We are seeking a strong Lunchtime Supervisor to work in a highly reputable SEN Secondary school based in Islington on a full-time long-term basis.
Successful candidates will have:
Previous experience working with children (preferably vulnerable/SEN children) with mild/complex ASD, learning difficulties, SEMH, challenging/aggressive behaviour, Down syndrome, ADHD, hyper-mobility, and more.
Confidence in monitoring lunchtime behaviour in the lunch hall during meal times.
Excellent challenging behaviour management skills.
Able to provide social, emotional, and academic support to students while building positive working relationships.
Aware of individual needs and able to provide personalised support.
Willingness to provide personal care.
Currently holding a valid DBS on the update service.
Available ASAP.
