Position: SEN Recruitment Consultant Location: Plymouth Office, Full-time Salary: £25,283.00 - £30,038.30 Contract Type: Permanent with a 12-week probation period

As a Recruitment Consultant at Teaching Personnel Plymouth, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment and development of staff for special educational needs (SEN) schools in the region. Your responsibilities will include sourcing and vetting quality candidates, matching them with suitable roles, and providing ongoing support to schools and educators throughout the recruitment process. You are not required to have experience in this sector, so long as you bring your energy and willingness to learn. You will join a thriving team covering a specialist sector of special educational needs and will support an experienced team of recruiters, with opportunities for career development and progression. What will you be doing? Delight your customers through strong relationship building and delivery of best quality administrative support to teachers and teaching assistants. Proactively communicate with branches and candidates regarding vetting and registration. Create and publish job adverts and interview alongside experienced Recruitment Consultants. Be a data input and data management wizard. A Day in the Life:

From conducting educator interviews to liaising with schools, each day presents new challenges and opportunities to make a difference.
