We are looking for a compassionate and experienced

Special Educational Needs (SEN) Specialist

to work closely with students and teachers. In this key role, you will provide tailored support, helping students with additional needs to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. The ideal candidate will be able to: Work effectively as part of a team within the classroom ensuring that all the children are looked after and learning from the taught content. Work 1:1 with children with SEN. Work coherently with teachers in providing support for students. Have a passion for assisting students. Be enthusiastic and proactive in the classroom. Have experience working 1:1 with children who have barriers to learning (ASD, ADHD, PMLD, VI, HI). Experience working within an SEN school setting or social care. Promote and encourage independence and personal development. Candidates that have been successful within this setting have had some experience in any of the following: Scouts Leadership Sports Coaching Challenging Behaviour Settings Health and Social Care Settings 1:1 Support SEN TA Educational Settings

What Teaching Personnel offer: Your own dedicated consultant who will do their best to find you your ideal role. Competitive rates between £350 to £400 per week. Weekly pay. Access to CPD training. Refer a friend scheme. We are looking for individuals who are available both full-time and part-time. All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
