who are equally passionate about teaching young people with their individual needs and interests in mind to bridge gaps in their learning! Our 1:1 tuition roles support young people who aren’t currently accessing mainstream school and are waiting for a school placement. Our tuition is put in place to bridge gaps in their learning, help them learn life and social skills while aiming to re-engage them with school. We are looking specifically for SEN specialists or Early Years (EYFS) experienced Educators who would be confident working with young people who have SEN needs. Some SEN needs that our young people have are: Autism (ASD) ADHD Global Development Delay ODD You will need to feel confident and comfortable supporting young people on a 1:1 basis with these needs! As a tutor, you will need to … Be confident in creating resources in line with the UK National Curriculum and EYFS framework. Deliver stimulating resources to young people, tailored to their needs and interests. Build a rapport with students. Write session reports about what was covered in sessions to track progress and content being covered. Have SEN/ SEMH experience. You’ll have your own dedicated and hands-on tuition consultant to assist you, with future roles too! We provide online learning modules for our tutors. Access to our online platform LEAP, where tutors can report a pupil's engagement, attendance, and progress easily. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position.
