We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Engagement Officer to join our team, working in a SEN setting during term time only. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engagement strategies to enhance student participation and learning experiences. Work closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to understand and address the individual needs of each student. Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting positive behavior and emotional well-being. Assist in the planning and delivery of tailored educational activities and interventions. Monitor and report on student progress, providing feedback to relevant stakeholders. Support the transition of students between different educational settings or year groups. Requirements:

Experience working with children or young people with SEN. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents. A proactive and empathetic approach to supporting student engagement and learning. Relevant qualifications in education or child development (desirable but not essential). Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. DBS on the update service or willing to get one. What We Offer:
