To be successful in this

SEN Support - Post 16 College

role, you must: Have experience working with post-16 learners or in a similar SEN support capacity. Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Be adaptable, patient, and committed to inclusive education. Hold relevant qualifications or training in SEN support (desirable but not essential). Please be advised that this role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection and that the successful applicant must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks including an enhanced DBS on the update service.
