SEN Support Worker

and help create a nurturing environment for children with special educational needs. We work closely with primary and secondary SEN schools across Preston and surrounding areas, providing skilled support staff to ensure the best care and education for their pupils. As an SEN Support Worker, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering an inclusive atmosphere where every child can thrive. You'll collaborate with pupils, teachers, and school staff, tailoring your support to meet each child's unique needs. Responsibilities:

Supporting students in their learning activities and personal development. Promoting pupils' social and emotional well-being. Helping maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment. Collaborating with classroom teachers to enhance learning experiences. Assisting with the implementation of Educational Health Care Plans (EHCPs). Qualifications:

Experience supporting children or adults, whether in an educational setting or elsewhere. Familiarity with special educational needs and/or challenging behaviour. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility, resilience, and a positive attitude. A passion for fostering growth, confidence, and independence. Benefits:
