Implement positive behaviour support strategies to promote a conducive learning environment, addressing any challenging behaviors with patience and understanding. Regularly assess and document students' progress and well-being, providing feedback to teachers and parents to support each child's development. Work closely with teachers, special educational needs coordinators (SENCOs), and other support staff to ensure a coordinated approach to supporting students with special educational needs.
