£11.72 - £12.78 per hour (£20,941.63 - £22,834.95 actual salary), based on experience and qualifications Hours:

Full-time (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term-time only)

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our specialist team in providing a highly supportive learning environment for students aged 6 to 19 with a range of additional needs, including moderate and severe learning difficulties, autism spectrum disorders, and complex medical conditions. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting students' learning, development, and progress across various contexts, including the classroom, local environment, and community.

Key Responsibilities

Support students with their learning and development across all areas of the curriculum.

Assist young people with diverse needs to achieve their educational and personal goals.

Foster an inclusive environment that promotes equality, diversity, and respect.

Emphasise the support and empowerment of young people.

Demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding values and procedures.

Provide high-quality support in all aspects of the role, including potential physical intervention and personal care routines.

Collaborate effectively as a team member while also working independently when required.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who are:

Educated: At least Level 2 (or equivalent) in Maths and English.

Willing to Learn: Committed to pursuing formal qualifications and training (fully funded by us).
