About the Role:

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated SEN TA to support children with special educational needs, focusing on their emotional, physical, and academic growth in a nurturing and inclusive setting.

As part of this rewarding role, you will also assist with personal care tasks, ensuring students' comfort, dignity, and wellbeing are always a priority.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-to-one or group support to students with SEN. Assist with personal care tasks, including toileting, feeding, and dressing (where required). Implement and support Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment. Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to support student progress. Monitor and record student achievements, sharing insights with the team.

What We're Looking For: Personal Care Expertise - Previous experience supporting children or young people with personal care is essential. Empathy & Patience - Build strong, trusting relationships with students. Flexibility & Proactivity - Adapt to the varied needs of students throughout the day. Team Player - Collaborate effectively within a supportive school environment. Qualifications - NVQ Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent) is desirable but not mandatory.
