Are you an SEN Teaching Assistant or a recent graduate looking to start a fulfilling career in education? A well-established SEN school in Hounslow, rated 'Good' by OFSTED, is seeking passionate individuals to join their friendly and supportive team as SEN Teaching Assistants.

The Role:

Work closely with teachers to support students' learning and emotional development. Provide tailored one-on-one and small group support. Assist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and other learning strategies. Foster independence and confidence in students with additional needs.

This role is an excellent opportunity for graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a rewarding field while receiving full support and training.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is desirable but not essential. Recent graduates with a passion for education and supporting children with SEN are encouraged to apply. A compassionate and patient individual with strong communication skills. The ability to work well within a team and a commitment to creating an inclusive learning environment.
