Remedy Education are looking for a kind-hearted and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a warm and inclusive mainstream primary school. This is a full-time role where you'll have the chance to work closely with children, supporting their individual needs and celebrating their achievements every step of the way. Your Day-to-Day: Supporting amazing children with special educational needs, tailoring your approach to help them grow academically, socially, and emotionally. Working one-on-one or in small groups to ensure each child feels included and empowered in their learning. Collaborating closely with teachers and the SENCO to deliver individual education plans (IEPs) and creative interventions. Encouraging independence and confidence, celebrating each child's unique strengths. Bringing positivity and warmth to the classroom, making school a happy and safe place to learn. What the school is Looking For: A patient, compassionate, and cheerful individual who loves working with children. Some experience working with children with SEN or additional needs-whether in a school, care setting, or beyond. A team player with excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude. Someone eager to learn and adapt to meet the needs of our wonderful pupils. Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning) are a bonus but not essential-what matters most is your passion!
