This is a full-time role where you'll have the chance to work closely with children, supporting their individual needs and celebrating their achievements every step of the way. Collaborating closely with teachers and the SENCO to deliver individual education plans (IEPs) and creative interventions. Encouraging independence and confidence, celebrating each child's unique strengths. Bringing positivity and warmth to the classroom, making school a happy and safe place to learn. What the school is Looking For: A patient, compassionate, and cheerful individual who loves working with children. Some experience working with children with SEN or additional needs-whether in a school, care setting, or beyond. A team player with excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude. Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning) are a bonus but not essential-what matters most is your passion!
