Position Overview: As a Special Education Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA), you will play a crucial role in ensuring that students with SEN receive the support they require to achieve their full potential. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing one-on-one support to students with SEN, tailoring your approach to their unique needs Assisting the class teacher in implementing individualised education plans (IEPs) Creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment Supporting students in their social and emotional development Collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and external specialists to meet students' needs effectively.

Qualifications * Previous experience in a similar role or a strong desire to work with students with SEN * Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed * Excellent communication and teamwork skills * The ability to adapt and be flexible in response to the changing needs of students
