To become a SEN Teaching Assistant with Aspire, you will need:
Experience working in a similar role. Good communication skills and commitment to working as part of a team. Show integrity and initiative. Have a flexible positive approach. Provide enhanced DBS check/Have DBS on update service. Provide references to cover 2 references.
