Pay Rate: £14.61 - £15.38 per hour
Start Date: May 2025 (with the possibility of an earlier start)

About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with a supportive team dedicated to empowering students with special educational needs. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting students with learning difficulties, including autism.
Following individual education plans, behaviour plans, and care plans.
Assisting with personal care, daily living, and social skills while promoting equality of opportunity.
Observing, supporting, and providing feedback to students using clear and appropriate communication.

What We're Looking For:
We're seeking candidates with:
A Teaching Assistant qualification (NVQ Level 2/3).
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
Experience working with students with learning difficulties and challenging behaviours.
Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
A commitment to high standards and continuous improvement.
