Permanent Are you a SEN professional ready for a new challenge? Are you the kind of person who can roll up their sleeves and get stuck in? If so, we have the perfect role for you! A fantastic Nursery setting in Kettering is looking for an SEN TA to join their brilliant team. Ideally, this individual will have NVQ Level 2+ and SEN experience; however, additional training can be provided. Over a third of the Nursery's cohort have SEN or additional needs ranging from suspected ASD to severe complex needs. As part of the SEN TA provision, you will be responsible for supporting the SEN learners with their day-to-day activities and supporting any additional learners. The Nursery focuses on child-led learning with an emphasis on learning through play. Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support to children with SEN, ensuring their individual needs are met. Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging, child-led activities that promote learning through play. Work closely with the Nursery team to create an inclusive and supportive environment. Monitor and record the progress of SEN learners, adapting strategies as necessary. Communicate effectively with parents and carers, providing regular updates on their child's development. What We Offer:
