SEN TA - Hillingdon Are you a passionate and dedicated individual with experience in Special Educational Needs support? Have you worked as a Teaching Assistant on a one to one or group basis with children with needs? Are you looking for local work at schools in Hillingdon? We are seeking Mainstream Primary SEN Teaching Assistants (SEN TA) to work at a range of schools in Hillingdon. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of young learners with special educational needs. Details of the Mainstream SEN TA role:

Positions available on a Full/Part time basis Previous experience working with children, preferably within a primary school setting Situated in Ealing, London Rates of Pay: £90 - 110 per day Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one prior to starting) As a Mainstream SEN TA you will be required to:

Provide one-on-one or small group support to SEN students in the classroom Demonstrate a passion for working with children with special educational needs Assist the class teacher in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) Create and adapt learning resources to meet the diverse needs of students Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being among students Collaborate with the SENCO and external specialists to develop effective strategies As a Mainstream SEN TA within a Primary school in Hillingdon, you will be working closely with students who require additional support. Your role will involve assisting the class teacher in creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment, tailored to the specific needs of SEN students. You will be patient, empathetic, and understanding of the diverse needs of students with SEN, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
