SEN Teaching Assistant

Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant passionate about supporting children with challenging behaviours? This part-time role in Barking & Dagenham offers the opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of students with special educational needs.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll work with Key Stage 1 and 2 pupils, providing one-on-one and small group support. You'll help implement tailored strategies to promote emotional and behavioural development, working closely with teachers and the SENCo.

Experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant or similar role. Specialism in supporting challenging behaviours. Patience, empathy, and adaptability. Relevant qualifications (Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning, or equivalent).
