About the role: We are seeking a dedicated SEN TA with experience in supporting students with challenging behaviours. You will assist in Key Stage 1 and 2 classrooms, providing 1:1 and small group support to promote positive learning outcomes.

Application Requirements: Experience as a Teaching Assistant, preferably with SEN or challenging behaviours. Patient, calm, and proactive approach. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Passion for supporting children with additional needs. Relevant qualifications (e.g., Team Teach) desirable.

Key Responsibilities for an SEN TA: Support students with challenging behaviours in 1:1 or small groups. Collaborate with teachers to plan interventions. Assist in managing classroom behaviour and fostering engagement. Implement strategies to support academic and social development. Communicate with parents and teachers to track progress.
