Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons in Lifeskills, English, and PSHE to KS3-5 students with a range of special educational needs. Develop and implement engaging and practical curricula that focus on real-world applications and prepare students for life beyond school. Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including teaching assistants, therapists, and external professionals, to create a supportive and personalized learning environment. Regularly assess and track student progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs and goals. Foster a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages confidence, independence, and a love for learning.
