What the role involves

• Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to pupils with a range of SEN needs.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
• Work closely with teaching assistants, the SENCO, and external professionals to support individual learning plans.
• Monitoring and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant teaching, classroom, childcare, QTS, SEN, safeguarding, or early-years experience may be required.

• This is a full-time, long-term position, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting pupils with special educational needs in a nurturing primary setting.

• Paid to scale (MPS/UPS).
