Duties:
Support students with SEMH and ASC/ADHD. Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that cater to the needs of all students. Implement effective behaviour management strategies to create a positive classroom environment. Assess and record student progress to ensure learning objectives are met. Communicate with parents and colleagues regarding student development and progress. Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation. Utilise early childhood education techniques to engage young learners. Weekly PPA is given.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills to interact with students, parents, and colleagues effectively. Ability to educate and inspire students of all abilities.
