As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide Personalised Support:

Assist students with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs to reach their full potential. Foster a Nurturing Environment:

Help create an inclusive and positive learning atmosphere tailored to individual student needs. Collaborate Effectively:

Work alongside teachers and the SENCO to implement tailored support plans and interventions. Promote Development:

Build positive relationships with students to encourage their social, emotional, and academic growth. Support Across Key Stages:
