ASAP Key Responsibilities: Provide personalised one-on-one support to a student with special educational needs. Assist with personal care tasks, ensuring the student’s comfort and dignity. Foster the student’s social, emotional, and academic growth. Implement individualised learning plans and strategies. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to deliver comprehensive support. Monitor and report on the student’s progress and well-being. Requirements: Experience working with children and young people with special educational needs. Personal care experience, including assisting with hygiene, feeding, and mobility. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents. Patience, empathy, and a commitment to student well-being.
