This rewarding role involves working closely with children who have a range of needs, including Autism, Down Syndrome, ADHD, and SEMH. You'll play a key part in supporting their learning journey, providing emotional support, and helping them thrive in a positive and engaging environment.
The Ideal Candidate:
Nurturing and patient, with a genuine passion for supporting children with SEND. Engaging and creative, finding ways to inspire and motivate children in their learning. Knowledgeable in SEND support, ideally with experience or qualifications in working with children with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, or other additional needs. A team player, eager to collaborate with colleagues, families, and specialists to provide the best care for our students.
