Provide tailored educational support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Develop individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities Deliver engaging lessons and activities to promote academic progress and personal development Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and parents, to support students effectively Qualifications:
Relevant qualification in education or special education Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Minimum of 2 years working as an SEN Tutor or in a similar role Experience working with students with SEN Strong understanding of the UK SEN Code of Practice Knowledge of different SEN conditions and effective teaching strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs Organisational skills and attention to detail This role involves working part-time hours on a temporary basis. The work will be primarily conducted in educational settings, such as schools or learning centres, in Lewisham, Greater London.
