Skills and requirements

• Monday to Friday availability required.
• All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.

Confirmed role details

• All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
• In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.

• These are young people who may have found mainstream education challenging and need consistent, skilled, and patient support to help them re-engage.

Additional role context

• Most of our referrals are for secondary-aged pupils with SEMH and complex needs.
• Creating structured, safe learning environments.
• Supporting both academic progress and emotional regulation.
