DBS cost included. The service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - therefore you must be flexible in your availability (both waking night & sleeps are available). We are recruiting for permanent roles both full & part time. We are seeking support workers to work with a diverse group of individuals who may have one or more of the following challenges: Acquired brain injuries Mental health needs Learning and/or physical disabilities Autism Drug/Alcohol misuse Forensic backgrounds Homelessness About you: We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and flexible individual with excellent communication skills who shares our passion for making a positive impact on people’s lives. The role does not require any previous experience as full training will be provided; rather, we are looking for someone who shares our vision and ethos and can demonstrate positive values. It is crucial that the person in this role understands the importance of maintaining confidentiality and always showing respect and dignity to those they are supporting.
