About the Role: As a SENCO, you will lead and manage the provision for students with Special Educational Needs, ensuring they receive the support and opportunities they need to thrive. You will work closely with teachers, staff, and parents to create an inclusive and supportive environment. Your role will involve coordinating interventions, creating personalised learning plans, and overseeing assessments. You will also manage a dedicated team, ensuring that each child receives high-quality support.
