Job Title: Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo) Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SENCo to lead the provision for inclusive education in a welcoming school environment. The SENCo will play a pivotal role in ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, and pupil achievement for those with special educational needs, English as an additional language, and other vulnerable groups, including Pupil Premium, Looked After Children, and Forces children. Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Management:

Drive high-quality SEN provision to support excellent learning outcomes for all pupils. Support and Coaching:

Model effective teaching practices and provide coaching to enhance inclusive teaching across the school. Policy Compliance:

Ensure all SEN and inclusion policies and procedures are up-to-date and fully compliant with statutory requirements. Promoting Inclusion:

Develop and promote inclusive practices that help every pupil reach their full potential. This role requires a proactive and strategic professional who can inspire colleagues, champion inclusion, and uphold the highest standards of pupil achievement.
