As a Special Needs Coordinator with Academics, you will be providing support to teachers and students, helping them reach their full potential for SEND teaching and learning. You will be working with children with a wide range of needs and abilities. Your responsibilities as a Special Educational Needs Coordinator will include: Providing support to staff Creating or sourcing resources Meeting with outside agencies Making referrals Completing/reviewing EHCP paperwork You will also have the opportunity to work closely with SLT and other agencies to develop the provision for SEND in the school.
