PAYE, 700 - 900 per week Job Description: Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced SENCO to join a private school in North Lincolnshire. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of students with Additional Needs, including English as an Additional Language (EAL) and Special Education Needs (SEN). Key Responsibilities: Act as the lead teacher with whole-school responsibility for pupils with Additional Needs, including EAL and SEN. Develop and implement strategies to support the learning and development of students with Special Educational Needs. Work closely with teaching staff to ensure the delivery of inclusive education practices. Build positive relationships with students, parents, and external agencies to support the holistic development of students with Additional Needs. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to students' progress and support plans. Qualifications and Experience: Qualified in supporting students with Special Educational Needs. Relevant SENCO Qualification Extensive experience working in a school, college, or similar educational environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong administrative abilities. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to inspire confidence in students and effectively communicate with parents.
