specialist provision
in Bristol. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a commitment to supporting students with additional needs.
About the Role: Oversee and manage the provision for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) within the school. Develop and implement strategies to support students' individual needs, working closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies. Lead on safeguarding and ensure compliance with school policies and procedures. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of SEN provision, ensuring all students receive the support they need to succeed. Provide training and guidance for staff on SEN best practices and effective interventions.
What We're Looking For: Proven experience in a
SENCO, SLT, or safeguarding role . In-depth understanding of SEN legislation and best practices. Strong leadership and organisational skills. A proactive and empathetic approach to supporting students, staff, and families. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with a range of stakeholders.
