JOB TITLE:SEND Administrator LOCATION: Northampton SALARY: £12.50 - £14.00 per hour HOURS: 9.30 - 14.30 - 5 days a week We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive SEND Administrator for a middle school based in Northampton, this is a fast paced role and no day will be the same! To provide administration support including creating documents and reports using the full range of Microsoft Office programmes available, filing, photocopying and taking minutes of meetingsDealing with general enquiries from parents, external organisations and supporters received by telephone, email and face to faceTo support the work of the daily drop-in sessions by maintaining accurate records; receiving referrals from external organisationsTo co-ordinate Children Looked After PEP's including maintaining appointments, the completion ofTo maintain and manage the SENCo diary alongside the Faculty AssistantWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:DBS on the update service Excellent attention to detail PLEASE NOTE THIS ROLE IS BASED IN THE OFFICE 5 DAYS A WEEK Next stepsApply today and, if you are suitable will be in touch.
