Aspire People are currently seeking dedicated Autism Specialist support staff for a Primary School in the Northfield area.
This particular role is 1-1 with a Primary Child with Autism.
They require Learning Support Assistants to develop and nurture positive relationships.
To be successful in this role you will need an empathetic nature, a resilient personality and be able to use your own initiative; health and safety procedures and the welfare of the children are paramount. Previous experience is advantageous, as the role will require patience and understanding.
However, if you have a passion and desire to help and support children with additional needs, but no experience, we are happy to consider your application on an individual basis.

Minimum Requirements:
