Full-Time We are seeking an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive school in HA3. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional with experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) who is committed to helping them thrive academically and socially. Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support to students with SEND, adapting learning to meet their individual needs. Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons. Work one-to-one and in small groups to help students reach their full potential. Create a safe, positive, and nurturing learning environment. Support students with communication, social skills, and emotional well-being. What We Offer:

Previous experience working with children with SEND in a school setting. A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
