Autism, ADHD, SEMH needs, and learning delay
in the mainstream classroom and the wider school - Assist with daily activities and routines, including personal care, mealtime, and recreational activities where required - Implement behaviour support plans and strategies to promote positive behaviours - Collaborate with a team of professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) - Work closely with the school SENCO and class teacher to create effective interventions for pupils - Support individuals in developing social skills and fostering independence - Celebrate progress and development Experience/requirements: - Experience working with individuals with Special Educational Needs within the Education or Social Care sector - Knowledge of toddler care and early childhood development is desirable - Familiarity with special education practices and strategies - Ability to communicate effectively with individuals of all ages and abilities - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - DBS on the update service (or willing to apply for one) Pay £84.77-£90 per day - you must have two years' experienced as a SEND TA to qualify for the higher end of the pay scale.
