SEND Teacher (ARMS provision) to start in Spring Term STANBURN PRIMARY SCHOOL ABERCORN ROAD, STANMORE, HA7 2PJ Work for Us We seek a kind and compassionate teacher to join our wonderful team. The successful candidate will have the expertise and determination to lead our second classroom in our new additionally resourced SEND provision. The ARMS unit will eventually serve 12 children with moderate learning difficulties in our purpose-designed unit within the school. The successful candidate will be pivotal in contributing to the design of our new provision including curriculum design, resourcing, and assessment. We are looking for an individual who:

can demonstrate a clear understanding of what constitutes highly effective teaching and learning for children with additional needs; shows commitment to ensuring equality of opportunity for all learners; is passionate about children’s learning and can demonstrate the characteristics that are required to support SEND children to make progress; knows the importance of developing productive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff; is reflective, open to feedback, and driven to keep improving; is a dedicated team player and has excellent interpersonal skills; can demonstrate optimism and high expectations for all.
