Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and experienced SEND Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality education and support to students with diverse needs, helping them overcome barriers to learning and thrive both academically and personally. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver differentiated lessons and activities to meet the individual needs of students with SEND and complex needs. Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels safe, valued, and respected. Collaborate with other staff members, parents, and external professionals to develop and implement personalized learning plans for students. Assess and monitor students' progress, providing regular feedback to students and their families. Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to engage and motivate students with diverse learning styles and abilities. Support students' social and emotional development, helping them build confidence, resilience, and independence. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. Experience working with students with SEND and complex needs, preferably in a school or educational setting. Knowledge of different SEND conditions and effective strategies for supporting students' learning and development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and families. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of students with SEND. Competitive salary of up to 50,000 per annum.
