SEND Teaching Assistant - Maidstone Are you passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? We're looking for dedicated SEND Teaching Assistants to work in schools across Maidstone, helping students to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. This role is ideal for individuals who want to make a real difference in the lives of children who need extra support. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with a range of SEND, including autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties. Assist the class teacher in creating an inclusive learning environment where every child can succeed. Adapt learning materials to meet individual student needs, ensuring they are fully engaged in the lesson. Help students develop confidence and independence both inside and outside the classroom. Support with classroom management and help maintain a positive and safe environment for all students. What We're Looking For: A passion for working with children with special educational needs. Patience, empathy, and the ability to build strong relationships with students. Experience in a school or care setting is preferred, but we welcome candidates who are eager to learn.
