SEND Teaching Assistants required for full-time work near Harrow

SEN Teaching Assistants required for full-time work near Harrow SENCare are working closely with an inclusive special educational needs School near Harrow who cater for students with autism (ASC) and social emotional mental health needs (SEMH). The independent provision is a post 16 specialist provision that offers a 2-year course to students. The course helps to develop independence and life skills that prepare the students for the next stage in life. Successful candidates will be responsible for providing classroom support in literacy, numeracy, and life-long skills (small classes of 7) to teaching staff. For suitable candidates, permanent contracts can be offered (temp perm). The SEND Teaching Assistant position starts ASAP, will be Monday to Friday, from 08:00, and training is available! Prospective candidates are required to have: A DBS issued within the last 3 years or be willing to apply for a new enhanced disclosure. Suitable right to work (RTW) documentation for full-time/permanent employment. Sponsorship cannot be offered. Previous experience supporting secondary or post-16 students. Previous experience supporting SEN (autism, challenging behaviour, or complex needs) pupils. Graduates, Tutors, and/or Cover Supervisors are welcome to apply.
