Salary: MPS/UPS (plus SENDCo Allowance)
Hours: School Core Hours
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, dedicated, and forward-thinking practitioner who has achieved the National Award for SENDCo (or is willing to work towards). The role will be varied and will include working with pupils with individual needs, overseeing the creation and implementation of individual plans to enable pupils to access the curriculum, reviewing and assessing pupil progress and targets, liaising with external agencies, and providing pastoral support to pupils and their families.

The Ideal Candidate:
Has experience of SEND teaching across primary/secondary age range.
Has led school improvement initiatives and is committed to achieving high standards.
Possesses outstanding communication skills and can work well in teams.
Has a thorough understanding of child protection and safeguarding issues.
