with all relevant legislation. The Access Arrangement team is an essential part of the ICAEW team based in Milton Keynes, dedicated to supporting students throughout their qualification journey to membership. They focus on ensuring that students with specific needs receive the reasonable
adjustments and support, helping to create a more inclusive and accessible experience as they work towards becoming a ICAEW member. Role Profile To lead and develop the Access Arrangements team. You will have managerial responsibility for the Access Arrangements team, leading the development and implementation of Access Arrangements for all exams. You will ensure that ICAEW Access Arrangements comply with legislation, are fit for purpose and applied consistently, fairly, and reasonably. You will lead the development of all Access Arrangements processes, policies and systems to ensure these meet the
required standards. Responsibilities include: Uphold high standards and ensure compliance with regulations impacting the quality and integrity of exams delivery. Lead the Access Arrangements Advisory Panel to keep policies current with statutory regulations, best practices, and emerging trends. Foster strong relationships with students and employers to ensure adherence to procedures and facilitating smooth exam delivery. Ensure that all access arrangements policies comply with statutory and legal obligations and communicated through the proper channels to students and employers, including ICAEW website. Oversee Access Arrangements appeals, reconsideration requests and complaints, establishing and developing effective processes. Candidate Profile Requirements include: Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams is essential. Relevant degree or training in education, occupational health or an Assessment practitioner. Knowledge of relevant legislation including the Equality Act and GDPR is essential. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a self-starter Adaptable, comfortable with change and self-evidently a problem solver. Experience in complaint resolution is desirable.
