Opportunity for a
Senior Commercial Account Executive
to take on a
Branch Director
position at an independent brokerage based in Warwickshire.
Due to the current MD looking to take a step back and eventually retire in around 5 years’ time, my client seeks an experienced Commercial Account Executive who has ambitions to become an MD / Branch Director.
The MD will ‘drip feed’ you his clients, eventually handing his whole book over to you to service alongside running the business. Initially, you’ll receive c£100,000 of income to service; you’ll also be involved in senior level decisions, P&L, and other areas of running the business.
The ideal candidate will currently work at a commercial insurance brokerage and will have ambitions to move into a senior Director level position.
In a perfect world, you'll be ACII or DIP CII qualified; however, this isn't essential and experience will always be just as good as qualifications for the right candidate.
Package open to negotiations depending on candidate.
