Account Manager Position Overview: Act as the primary contact for key accounts
Manage and grow key accounts and expand the client relationship
Develop a key understanding of the needs of the client and their objectives to enable the product to achieve their objectives
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upsell within existing accounts
Drive product adoption and ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Qualities of a Successful Account Manager Candidate: Previous experience as a senior account manager, strategic account manager, account manager
Experience working in the IT/software industry is desirable
Customer focused and experience delivering exceptional customer service
Managing, maintaining and growing accounts
Experience working with B2B account management
Demonstrated success in sales or account management, with a preference for experience in a key account role.
