Due to recent growth, they are looking for a creative and resourceful Senior Account Manager to join their team, managing large-scale client projects across a variety of sectors. This is a permanent, full-time hybrid role based in beautiful Leamington Spa and offering a salary of up to £45k DOE, a flexible work environment and a brilliant company share option.

The Role
As Senior Account Manager, you will help to develop and maintain successful client accounts. You will develop close relationships with your clients to understand their needs, create excellent creative solutions and exceed your clients’ expectations. Brilliant organisation skills are important to ensure that you are working to timescales and budgets to deliver complex projects. You will take ownership of client relationships and juggle multiple complex implementation projects at any one time. Therefore, this role would suit someone with brilliant project management skills who can successfully co-ordinate and schedule resources for client project delivery and work efficiently and effectively.
About You
- Experience in an integrated or creative agency
- Excellent project management skills
- Knowledge of co-ordinating resources to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Great digital experience, having delivered digital-first projects, and understands the online space
- Excellent relationship management skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Commercial mindset, an aptitude for growing or identifying new business would be beneficial
- Committed to first-class service
- Brilliant verbal and written communication skills
- Eye for detail
- Confident personality and passionate about brand
