An Ecommerce Agency specialising in Shopify Plus, they’re growing steadily and attracting larger, enterprise level clients. The Role
The role will head up and grow their client services function, so that the founders can focus on agency management and growth. You’ll be responsible for managing and leading on all client relationships, from onboarding, through to client roadmaps, weekly client reporting and quarterly/yearly planning meetings. Managing and growing a team of Account Managers will be a key part of the role, as will the ability to maximise client revenue through providing exceptional client service, through to spotting opportunities to cross sell and up sell services. You
You’ll be an experienced and process driven Senior Account Manager, ambitious to join an agency during a period of growth that will offer you personal growth opportunities. You’ll be a problem solver with the maturity to lead and develop client relationships, always on top of quarterly and annual client planning sessions, strategic client mapping, contracts and renewals. You’ll be confident and comfortable to cross sell and up sell, increasing retainer spend and converting project clients to retainer clients. Strategic about when to handle client relationships and when to bring other people into conversations such as the founders, delivery team, creative team, etc. You’ll be confident and capable of hiring, building and managing a client services team. You'll bring significant experience in Shopify. What’s in it for you
