The firm has grown throughout its history through ongoing, sustained organic new client growth and has a team of around fifty staff with long-serving employees, reflecting its team-focused and supportive culture. Joining as a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for the hands-on delivery and preparation of year-end accounts, tax, VAT management accounts, bookkeeping, and wider accountancy services to a varied client portfolio of sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies across wide-ranging industry sectors. You will carve a key right-hand support role to managers and partners within this successful and highly regarded firm of chartered accountants with the opportunity to progress and develop as a key addition to this successful team. You may be AAT/ACCA qualified or have developed your career through experience only. You will have a background within UK accountancy practice delivering services across year-end accounts and general accountancy practice service delivery to wide-ranging sole trade, partnership, and limited company clients. You will have developed your career to the Senior Accountant level and be looking for a career move within a firm that can offer a long-term fit and an environment within which you can carve a valued, key position supporting the wider management and partner team.
