An award-winning digital accountancy practice based in Markfield, Leicestershire is recruiting for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Accountant to join their growing team. Offering a salary up to £45,000 (DOE), hybrid working, 10% bonus after probation, private medical, 28 days holiday, and more.

This role would be well suited to an ACCA or ICAEW qualified accountant who is looking to grow their career and take on greater responsibility.

Client Manager Job Overview Manage a dedicated portfolio of clients, handling their bookkeeping, payroll, and pension needs. Ensure accurate and timely compliance with VAT, year-end accounts, and other regulations. Provide insightful financial advice and guidance to your clients. Take client calls, respond to queries, and build strong relationships. Utilise Xero and other cutting-edge accounting and AI-powered software tools to streamline processes and enhance client experiences. Contribute to the continued growth and success of the practice.

Client Manager Job Requirements Holds a recognised Chartered Accountancy qualification (ACCA or ICAEW). Possesses a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience. Has a proven track record of delivering high-quality accounting services. Demonstrates excellent technical skills and in-depth accounting knowledge across the board. Thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the importance of deadlines, and enjoys working independently. Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Embraces technology and is proficient in utilising Xero and other accounting software.

Client Manager Salary & Benefits A competitive salary between £35,000 and £45,000 depending on experience. The opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients in a dynamic environment. A supportive and collaborative work culture with a strong emphasis on professional development. Development opportunities to stay at the forefront of the digital accounting landscape. Successful candidates will receive a 10% bonus after their 3-month probation period. Private medical after 1 year of service. Statutory pension and sick pay. 28 days holiday.
